Push Up- BW x 40, 20, 20

Rack Chin ss. DB Power Cleans-BW x 10 – 25 x 10

BW x 12 – 25 x 10

BW x 10 – 25 x 10

Seated Bradford Press- 65 x 10, 10, 10 (much harder then I thought!)

Tate Press ss. Alt DB Curl-25 x 12 – 40 x 10 per arm

25 x 10 – 40 x 10 per arm

25 x 10 – 40 x 10 per arm

20 minutes low intensity cardio

I lifted and did my cardio in the morning since the Texas game was on last night just as I was getting off work. Looks like I should have went ahead and split my training and cardio lol.
