185 x 8 sets x 2 reps

Rev. Lunge (Front Foot Elevated)-
40 x 2 sets x 10 reps per leg

Dumbbell Swings-
50 x 2 sets x 15 reps

Thick Handle DB Shrugs-
80 x 15
90 x 15
100 x 15

The gym was absolutely PACKED with people tonight. I can’t wait until all the resolution bandwagoners quit for the year. This gym is bad enough without having all it so full you can’t get anything done.
