DB Power Clean-

Barbell Curls-
Don’t remember lol

In and out in 35 minutes. Triceps were shot after the pushdowns. Other then yesterdays workout I’ve felt fucking amazing during my workouts all week from the ridiculously high carbs. Next week is going to suck when I don’t have them anymore lol.
