RE Upper/Conditioning

Suspended Dips
Push Ups
Pull Ups
See-Saw Rows
Jump Rope

I didn’t keep track of the numbers. Just did a lot of reps (sub-failure) on each exercise. My left biceps tendon is jacked from the Zercher squats yesterday. I’ll probably drop those and go with Front Squats/Good Mornings/SSB Box Squats for my ME lower rotation.
