While one group was going through the above circuit the rest of the group was alternating pushing the sled on the low handles then pushing on the high handles for 15 yards. They pushed as long as it took the first group to get through all three rounds.
Next we did wheelbarrows for 20 yards x 3 trips.
For those that had a few minutes at the end they did Tabata sledge slams.
