Since I was lifting at a friends house we went with some circuit work instead of going heavy.

Front Squat x 8
Bottoms Up KB Press x 15 per side
KB Swing x 20
Russian Twist x 12 per side

2 rounds

Pendlay Row x 5
Suitcase DL x 5
Pizza Press x 10 per arm
RDL x 8

1 round

I was ridiculously short on time yesterday so that was it. Heavy upper pull, rep upper push and conditioning later today.
