Lean ‘n Mean Week 2

Day 1-
Upper Push Heavy- 5 x 2
Rep Upper Pull- 4 x 15-20

Conditioning Circuit- 10-20 reps on each exercise
KB/DB Snatch
Burpee
Plank x max hold
Push Up
Pull Up/Row

3 rounds, 1 minute between rounds

Day 2-
Rep Lower- 5, 10, 15, 12, 10
Abs

Day 3-
Heavy Upper Pull- 5 x 2
Rep Upper Push- 4 x 15-20

Do the same conditioning circuit as Day 1, but do more reps then what you did that day.
