Sled Draggin’ Mania

Since my back was tweaked the other day (and just put back in by the chiro today) so I didn’t want to risk messing it up again. I wasn’t, however, going to miss leg day!

Sled Dragging Pyramid
2 trips light sled
1 trip heavier sled
1 trip HEAVY sled
1 trip heavier sled
2 trips light sled

1 trip = 150ft forward and 150 ft backward

Not that is an excuse for my weak dragging weights but I pull on a the grass at the park with a tire.  I could probably go heavier if I was pulling with a smooth metal sled but oh well.  I’m gonna keep hammering the sled dragging hard.  I want to be able to pull 100+ on the sled by the end of summer.  Right now my heaviest set was with 50 pounds.
