1A) Forward Sled Drag x 90 ft
2A) Backward Sled Drag x 90 ft
3A) Broad Jump x 3
4 rounds, worked up to 80#’s in the sled on my last set
Jump Rope + Plank Holds – Didn’t really count reps or time. I just went balls out on the jump rope and when I couldn’t go anymore went into plank holds for max time. Couple rounds of that and finished off with as many double unders in a row as I could.
