Back In The Gym Finally

I renewed my gym membership last week and have been in to get used to the feel of a barbell on my back and in my hands again.  Nothing crazy, just getting back in to the groove.

Monday-
Bench Press
Dips
Pull Ups

Tuesday-
DB Swings
Farmers Walk

Wednesday-
Front Squat
DB Thruster

Thursday-
Military Press
Sumo DL
BB Rollouts
Band GM’s

That’s it so far.  Next week I’m starting back on the 5/3/1 program.
