200 x 5
230 x 2

GM’s-
Bar x 10, 10, 10, 10

BB Rollouts-
10, 10, 10

Jump Rope-
250 skips both feet
50 skips single leg
100 skips alternating
100 skips both feet

The box I hit my 300 x 1 (which I based my training max on) was higher then the box I use at my current gym. 2 inches makes a HUGE difference. I’m going to stick with this training max but I may have to back it down a little on the next cycle. Sled dragging and ab work tomorrow.
