5/3/1 Deadlifts Day 1

Sumo DL-
190 x 5
220 x 5
250 x 10

Paused Oly Squats-
135 x 3 x 5

DB Snatch-
50 x 3 per arm
70 x 3 per arm

Swings-
50 x 3 x 10

That was it for the day.  Once I get my video camera figured out I’ll get the vids of the snatches and swings posted up.  My training max for the sumo DL’s is very light.  Depending on how the next couple weeks goes I might bump my training max for DL’s by 15 pounds.  If I’m struggling I’ll only go up 10.
