5/3/1 Squat Day 2

Box Squat-
195 x 3
215 x 3
245 x 6

Good Mornings-
Bar x 10
65 x 10
85 x 10
105 x 10

Called it good after the Good Mornings.  I’ve been fighting a cold the past two days and I don’t want to put my immune system in the toilet because I refuse to back down in the gym.  This was my first workout in a week because of traveling for a wedding and work.  Felt good and I’m pretty sure that my last set was a PR.  Bench tomorrow!
