Box Squats-

260 x 5
295 x 4, 1

RDL-
205 x 8
215 x 8
225 x 8
250 x 4, 4

FB EZ Curl-8, 5, 5, 6

My last set of squats I bounced off the box a little bit then got pinned to said box.  I was gonna call it but the guys I train with said not to finish with a miss so I rested a minute then came back and got that last one.  I damn near lost that one too but pulled it out at the end.  I was dropping way to hard to the box so I gotta work on slowing that down a little.
