175 x 5
205 x 5
215 x 3

Kroc Row-
120 x 20, 12, 10

Incline DB Press-
75 x 8
85 x 4
85 x 2

Push Up-
BW x 10, 10, 10, 10

I came up 2 reps short on my last set because my form broke down. I’m getting better at staying tight but I still have a long way to go.
