Flat Bench-
175 x 3
205 x 3
225 x 3

Kroc Row-
125 x 10
135 x 12, 6

Incline DB Press-
85 x 5, 4, 3

Chins-
BW x a ton (these were just thrown in between sets of the other exercises)

The 225 was a big PR. It was the first time I’ve ever benched with a belt and it made a huge difference.
