Last night was the first time I had pulled in shorts since I moved to Salina. The bar has EXCELLENT knurling and it ate up my legs like belt sander lol. Oh well, live and learn. Baby powder did help some.

I came up 2 reps short on my last set because my form broke down. I’m getting better at staying tight but I still have a long way to go.

I decided to go back to the original 5/3/1 set up of 3×5, 3×3, 5/3/1 then deload. Since the meet is on the 26th my 5/3/1 week will be the week I test out what I’m going to open with at the meet.
